My technical video skills, love for motion graphics, and animation have always been my focus throughout my entire career. While working in live broadcast, anime home video, vehicle service marketing, B2B network advertising, SaaS service demos, and forklift technician trainings, motion graphics have been my focal point in every one of my career opportunities.   

Every job of my career has allowed me to target and continue discovering my talents.

What I Do

Photography

From CU textures, product images, to scenery landscapes, I know my way around a camera and am always looking to go out and take more photos. Photos on this page are from my trip to Japan.

Filming

I love cinemaphotography, moving the camera throughout environments to create depth and one-of-a-kind shots. In After Effects I love creating a sense of depth with motion graphics I create.

Video Formats

I stay up-to-date on aspect ratios for mobile, social media, and traditional screens. Watching the current trends of video compression, file formats, and video codecs such as AV1 and H.265. 

Video Editing

From Final Cut Pro,  Premiere Pro, Vegas Pro, VirtualDub and DaVinci Resolve, I’ve worked in several of the non-linear video editors. My love for video editing all started at the age of 13 with Windows Movie Maker.

Motion Graphics

I love animation, for the variety of artistic styles that can be adapted. After Effects is my favorite part of the video pipeline, visual trickery to practical effects to make a video pop. It’s what I want to zero in on my career moving forward.

Illustration

Artist who has gone through his own ups and downs with self-confidence in his work. Starting a doodle dairy in 2021 has been a wonderful creative outlet.

  • 2025 - Current

    Toyota Material Handling

    As an Instructional Designer, I'm responsible for creating engaging and effective learning materials, including eLearning modules, instructor led training, and multimedia resources for professional enrichment of the Toyota Material Handling dealer network.

  • 2021 - 2024

    Lumen Technologies

    As a Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor, I led
    design and animation of motion graphics for B2B marketing and the internal creative agency. Developed and distributed branded Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects templates for use by external video partners.


  • 2019 - 2021

    Vehicle Service Group,
    A Dover Company

    As the Multimedia Designer, I coordinated with sales and engineering to decide which products to feature and promote. I took plans and lead them through every step of the video production pipeline. From script to final video uploaded to Vimeo.

  • 2015 - 2019

    Right Stuf, Inc.

    As an Assistant Producer, I subtitled, edited, rendered, coded, and QC'd Blu-rays and DVDs for Right Stuf's video division, Nozomi Entertainment. I had the opportunity to use motion graphic animation to design trailers, disc menus, teasers, and social media content along with my main authoring duties. 


  • 2014 - 2015

    City of Athens, OH Govt. Channel

    Filmed live coverage of Athens City Council and other public hearings. Coordinated with elected public officials and city department heads to custom tailor video content. I was the liaison between the city and the community, producing materials like PSAs that best represented the cities goals and functions.

  • 2011 - 2014

    The Ohio University

    Scripps College of Communication graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Pitched and organized the project Basif the Blue.
